Every BABEPOP PET order starts the same way: a row of loose stones on the workbench, and one small card with your pet's name on it. Here is what happens between your order and your doorstep.
Size, stone, and the name for engraving — three details decide how the piece is built. This is also where most customer questions get answered before they are asked: a quick note if something looks off, a confirmation if a request is custom.
Crystals are matched by eye, piece by piece. Two collars in the same design are never quite identical — stone colour and pattern vary naturally, and that variation is a feature, not a flaw. It means the strand we build for your order exists exactly once.
Beads are threaded one at a time between polished hardware, then set on the vegan leather band. Spacing is checked bead by bead: even gaps, no crowding, nothing that rattles. This step is why the crafts and the hours add up — and why the result does not look like anything rolling off a production line.
The name goes into the clasp, the clasp gets opened and closed a dozen times, the hardware is wiped clean, and the piece gets one last look under good light. Orders usually ship within 48 hours — made to order, not pulled from a warehouse.
A workshop can only string so many strands a day and still do it well. If you ever want to know the status of an order, or ask for something slightly different — a longer band, a specific stone, a special date — write to us. A human reads every message, and most custom requests are possible. You can also meet the makers before you order.
